DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible!

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 10:00 AM AEST will be shipped the same day.

Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 10:00 AM AEST, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Busy Periods: During sale events or peak periods, there may be slight delays in dispatching orders.

Please double-check your shipping details when placing your order. Sun and Stone Collective cannot be held responsible for missing parcels due to incorrect or outdated address information.

Tracking Your Order:
Shipping times start once your order has left our HQ. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Liability Disclaimer:
While we trust our shipping partners to handle your order with care, Sun and Stone Collective is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed in transit.

RETURNS
​
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
​
Please note that returns must be in original packaging, with tags attached, and without any signs of wear or fragrance. If an item appears worn or used, we won't be able to process the return and will return it to you.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, full-priced items can be returned for store credit. This credit can be used towards a future purchase and is valid for 12 months. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing once we receive your return.

At Sun and Stone Collective, we strive to ensure you love your purchases. However, as a small local business, we are unable to offer free return shipping. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning items.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

Items must show no signs of wear, marks, or damage.

Our return policy allows for:

Store credit or an exchange if another size is available.

A refund for faulty items (minus the original shipping cost)

Timeframe:
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges after this period.

Quality Assurance:
All items are thoroughly quality checked before being shipped. In the unlikely event that an item is deemed faulty, we will issue a full refund for the faulty product.

Required Documentation:
Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning your item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it. We’ll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, we will process it, minus the original shipping cost.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):
Partial refunds may be granted for:

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

SALE/FINAL SALE
Please note, only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale (over 20%) or final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges:
Each product is carefully inspected before it leaves our store. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will gladly exchange the item if it’s returned and found to be faulty. We’ll do our best to offer an exchange based on stock availability. If an exchange isn’t possible, we will issue a refund, minus the original shipping cost.
Gifts:
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate for that amount.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at checkout, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the amount.
The time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and will not offer a refund if it is lost in transit.
